Nathalie Séguin

Founder

Nathalie Séguin has fulfilled her entrepreneurial dream by creating Séguin Conseil inc. a company specializing in insolvency and forensic accounting. She took over the majority of her insolvency files from her former employer, BDO Canada, and is now supported by an experienced team offering personalized services tailored to her clients' needs.

Prior to this, Nathalie had a distinguished career, with four years in auditing with a major Canadian firm, followed by a specialization in commercial insolvency and forensic accounting with RSM Richter inc. Since 1996, she has managed a variety of commercial mandates, including consultations, proposals, bankruptcies and receiverships. She has also worked on fraud investigations and forensic damage assessments. She has prepared reports for forensic accountants and financial institutions, and testified as a trustee's representative in court.

Its expertise extends to a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, automotive, textiles, transportation, telecommunications, real estate, distribution and hardwood.

With her diverse experience and passion for entrepreneurship, Nathalie Séguin is ready to offer her specialized skills to companies seeking to resolve complex financial issues. The aim of her new company, Séguin Conseil inc. is to provide a professional, tailor-made service to help her customers overcome their financial difficulties and prosper in their businesses.
