Nathalie Séguin

For several years, Nathalie Séguin had been cherishing entrepreneurial projects. Recently, she finally proposed to her employer, BDO Canada, to take over the majority of her insolvency files in Quebec and started her own insolvency and forensic accounting firm, Séguin Conseil inc. She can now, with the assistance of an experienced team, offer her insolvency skills in a personalized way to best meet her clients' needs.
Nathalie Séguin's brilliant career path has been punctuated by numerous successes. After 4 years as an auditor with one of Canada's leading firms, she moved to the insolvency and reorganization department of RSM Richter Inc. where she specialized in commercial insolvency and forensic accounting. Since 1996, she has organized, planned and carried out various types of commercial mandates involving consulting, proposals, litigation and forensic accounting. bankruptcy and receivership. She has also been involved in various forensic accounting mandates, from fraud investigations to quantifying damages. Over the course of her career, she has prepared reports for both forensic accounting lawyers and financial institutions in insolvency cases. She has testified in court as a representative of the trustee on several occasions.
